Virtual acquaintance I

We meet new people everyday. There are people who we might never meet in person. However they might be the people who change your lives or other lives. They might not be the "unsung heroes" but they are definitely worth knowing about.

Rangaswamy Elango is the president of the Kuthumbakkam panchayat in Tamil Nadu. Why is he a worthy acquaintance?

Guru..
This comment has nothing to do with this current post about Elango/interview..Just a few things that came to my mind.
-A blog is a wonderful tool to express one's ideas and thought process.
-It is an ideal mechanism to weigh out one's opinion on an issue and if interested, could even get help from valuable comments/suggestions if any.
-A blog definitely shrinks the gap between you and your friends,as in every visitor, who I presume,is mostly your current friend or a prospective acquaintance for the future, gets to know what you are currently going through.

Upon considering the basics elements that I stated above,I feel your step towards blogging is a great idea. But then,1 small suggestion.I respect the theme of your postings, which definitely portray the vision that you have in you;but I have known you as a multi-faceted individual with a scope for some fun and light issues which could keep the spirit of this blog lively and cheerful. So, expecting some 'Americavil Asamanjam' kind of stuff too soon.
-Raapi
